Vanitas Arts invites writers to attend a Good Trouble Labs Writers Lab in Sheffield City Centre 
This is an In-Person Lab with limited spaces so we advise applying early   

We invite applications for writers to attend a Lab that is open to writers interested in developing their understanding and skills in digital storytelling.

We will explore

• The possibilities and definitions of digital storytelling and how it could expand your current writing practice
• What it means to be underrepresented writers
• Tropes and how to avoid them 
• Creating authentic, complex characters
• Structure and form.

We actively encourage those who identify as underrepresented in the creative industries to apply 

Application closing date: 5.00pm January 5th 2024

Successful applicants will be notified of their place in the Lab and details of the day provided w/c  8th January 2024
Due to the volume of applicants, we are unable to give feedback to unsuccessful applicants.

Good Trouble Labs (GTL) is a talent development programme exploring digital storytelling aimed at underrepresented talent in the creative industries. GTL is devised and developed by Vanitas Arts.
